There are four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with twin beds, accommodating up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has its own ensuite shower and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.

Our Story
"La Xerra" 1950-1999
La casa La Xerra fue rehabilitada en el 1999 sobre una antigua construcción de los años 50. La cuadra, o vaquería, fue construida por mi padre en los años 50, sé de donde vino cada una de sus piedras, piedras de varios colores, cada una tenia su historia, las buscaba por los montes cercanos, los cauces de los ríos, o en la propia finca y es que bajo el solar de la casa había una enorme roca de piedra caliza, de esta roca le viene el nombre, La Xerra que en lengua local quiere decir roca, roca que el hizo pedazos con ayuda de dinamita y mucho trabajo.


Casa de Aldea: 1999-2021
En esta cuadra teníamos unas cuantas vacas lecheras, un caballo que se llamaba RubÍ y un carnero, Piru. Nos dedicábamos a la explotación de la leche. La restricción de la cuota láctea impuesta por La Comunidad Europea nos dejó sin futuro y hemos tenido que buscar otra alternativa. Mucho mas tarde para dale una utilidad al edificio, en el 98 se empieza la rehabilitación como Casa de Aldea. Durante mas de 20 años me dediqué con mucho entusiasmo a esta labor del turismo rural y me fue bien, disfruté mucho.
Casa La Xerra: Today
Pasados aquellos maravillosos años, me llega el momento de la jubilación y decido ofrecer Casa La Xerra como Vivienda Vacacional, con el deseo de que siga siendo un lugar acogedor donde el visitante pueda venir a descansar, disfrutar de las montañas que nos rodean, del canto de los pájaros y de las vistas al Valle del Güeña y a los Picos de Europa. Este es uno de los valles más amplios de Asturias, un lugar donde realmente se respira paz.
